Each unisex set is sized Youth S, Youth M, Youth L (Adult XXS) and Adult XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. If you are in between sizes...go up a size! The Adult XXS is comparable to Youth L and the Adult XS is comparable to a Youth XL.. They run long to allow for a variety of heights. These pj's are meant to be cozy and comfortable...you will LOVE them!
